    The Chester County HR Association held a half-day "Leadership and More" Summit on April 17th at the Peoples Light and Theater. There were two sessions - Cyber Security and Human Capital Management - followed by Keynote Speaker, Steve Gilliland, who is a noted Author, Speaker, Businessman and Blue Collar Radio Personality. Steve kept the audience entertained discussing the events that led up to him writing his book How to Hide Your Goat.
