Destination You: A Journey into Wellness and Engagement

Wellness and Engagement are hot topics in the majority of Human Resources conversations. We talk about these topics endlessly with sometimes no resolution or actionable outcomes. We often get stuck on simply the definition of engagement or how we are going to comply with new healthcare regulations. During this session you will learn:

    • How our company found a program that connects wellness and engagement activities to meet the needs of our business
    • How we sold it to senior leadership
    • How the program works
    • How we are administering the program
    • How we are measuring the results.

Our company is facing three issues:

    1. connecting our field and corporate associates
    2. increasing engagement
    3. continue offering wellness programs that help to reduce ever increasing medical cost
