CCHRA 2014 Graduate Merit Scholarship Recipient Brittany Miske

    Chester County Human Resources Association is pleased to announce that Brittany Miske is the recipient of the 2014 CCHRA Graduate Merit Scholarship.  Brittany was presented with a $1000 check on Friday, March 28th at CCHRA’s Breakfast Meeting which was held at Whitford Country Club in Exton, PA. 

    Brittany is currently enrolled as a graduate student working towards an M. S.  Degree in Human Resources Development at Villanova University.  She has interned at SAP as a Global Talent Development Associate for the last year and is a Graduate Research Assistant for Villanova.  Brittany is a member of CCHRA and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has been involved in Villanova’s SHRM Student Chapter as Treasurer.  

    CCHRA awards one graduate merit scholarship each year to a student currently enrolled in a course of study with a focus on the Human Resources field. The scholarship award is based on merit. The Scholarship Selection Committee reviews each complete application and considers the applicant’s overall cumulative grade point average (GPA); GPA in the HR major; involvement in the field of HR- whether as a volunteer, intern, or through paid employee; research and/or special projects in HR; essay responses; interviews with finalists and faculty recommendations.
