Title: Afternoon Delight: Creating a Sustainable Environment of Acceptance and Belonging in a Quick Results Culture
Speaker: John Baldino, MSHRD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

We welcome back John Baldino to once again provide an entertaining and thought provoking session!

The goal of John’s session will be to provide insight around behavioral modification, as it applies to cultural changes in the workplace.

The HR disciplines of hiring, performance and competency assessment, and management potential will be examined.  And, we will also focus on the healthy forms of peer pressure and group think.

Each attendee will be challenged in his/her own subdued and subconscious biases, as well as how these realities have helped to affirm systemic separation of people groups at work!
