    Title: Develop your department’s brand and get the most of your most important asset, your employees!

     Presenter: Lois Dostalik

     The best HCM departments have a brand that is clearly articulated, widely embraced, and consistently elevates the engagement of employees. In this session we review the fundamentals of branding, identify the key steps for an HCM department to find its brand, and lay out a framework for ensuring that brand is communicated throughout the organization in order to generate high levels of employee engagement. We will use the Archetypes model for interactive work to jump-start participants’ branding of their own departments.

     One of the primary focus areas for HR departments today is employee engagement. The presentation starts from the premise that successful departments have a defined identity and develops the idea that with a brand promise an HR department can better elevate employee engagement.
