    Every HR function is charged with finding and developing “top talent”. 

    But recognizing and distinguishing great talent from good from ordinary talent, understanding the raw ingredients that combine to make good talent truly great, and building the talent acceleration initiatives that can drive the efficient creation of great talent are capabilities that elude many organizations.

    In addition to learning the Top Talent Formula and how to apply it, participants will learn the answers to the following critical HR questions:

    1. What innate raw ingredients are necessary to create ‘greatness’ in any human being, in any profession?
    2. What external factors drive the creation of greatness?
    3. What interview techniques will help us determine great from good from ordinary capability?
    4. What development efforts can HR undertake to increase the odds of developing great talent?
    5. What is the correct amount of Top Talent that is required in any organization?
