New knowledge, processes, and succession planning are a part of doing business in the 21st century.  The days of status quo and predictability of daily tasks have long since passed-so have the days of formal, expensive, classroom instruction.

The days of change, flexibility, and continuous learning are here to stay!  When the going gets tough, it's not time to cut training-it's time to get educated on a low cost-no cost training solution in a box.

In this seminar, you will learn how to:

    • Develop a low cost-no cost comprehensive training program with little money or human capital.
    • Discover easy ways to capture institutional memory before it walks out the door.
    • Tap into no cost technology using audio, video, job aids, e-zines, online resources, and social media for learning.
    • Maximize the mind power of those content management experts in your organization.
    • Build low cost train the trainer programs and staff meeting starters.
    • Partner and share resources with competitors and customers.
    • Strategically market, sell, and utilize registration solutions that help motivate employees to learn and grow with your company.
    • Gain buy-in, participation, and credibility for your one-stop-shop for learning and development.

The solution does not always have to be complex.  At the end of this workshop, you will walk away with your "Low Cost-No Cost Training in a Box" to move your company from where it is to where you want it to be.
