Chester County Human Resource Association Awarded EXCEL Platinum Award
For Elevating Human Resources, Improving Workplaces

SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management) recently awarded CCHRA its prestigious EXCEL Platinum Award for the CCHRA's accomplishments for the 4th year in a row! 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.

The EXCEL award aligns individual chapters’ and state councils’ activities with SHRM’s aspirations for the HR profession. The award recognizes major accomplishments, strategic activities, and tactical initiatives that elevate the profession of human resources.

CCHRA, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, is the local starting point for networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources. Our association is entirely volunteer-driven and relies on member feedback to remain vital to our community.

We welcome your use of this site as a resource and encourage you to check back frequently for news items (at the bottom of this page) as well as updated information. We also encourage your involvement and suggestions about all of our activities, on the web and off.

CCHRA is also a sponsor of the annual HR Person of the Year Awards Dinner and has had several members who have been honored for their contribution to the human resources field. Click here for more info.

CCHRA has won a number of awards from the Society for Human Resource Management - which are displayed to the right under "Awards" - and the 2016 "Chapter of the Year Award" from the PASHRM State Council.
